CEO and Owner

Ryan Good

Professional Background

Ryan’s upbringing on a farm and his early years spent washing trucks at his dad’s trucking company shaped his strong work ethic. During high school, he worked in the construction industry, further developing his dedication to hard work. Recognizing his potential, his employer blessed him with strategic opportunities to learn and grow. As Ryan’s career progressed, he returned to the trucking industry as a driver for his father’s company. He soon discovered, however, that his passion was in working with people. He was able to honor this calling when he was providentially introduced to the owner of a small trucking company who needed assistance in managing the company before selling it.

In 2012, Ryan and his wife Michelle purchased and reorganized that company into RGM Transport. Despite the journey’s highs and lows, Ryan genuinely enjoys the experience. Currently, he serves as the CEO of RGM Transport, working alongside the team’s leaders to execute the company’s vision. One of his favorite responsibilities is identifying and partnering with new customers who can benefit from RGM’s services.

Outside of Work
Ryan is a family man whose focus is on spending quality time with his wife and their three children. The family enjoys the outdoors, and family outings often include hiking a few miles into the woods and camping out together. You can also find the family cheering at their son’s soccer games and their daughters’ gymnastics.

Strengths:
I’m an encourager and can help bring energy into the room.

Best life lesson so far:
Ideas are cheap, execution is everything.

Things I am pursuing in life:
Following Jesus and building time freedom.

Small things that make my day better:
My morning routine (gym, cold plunge, hot tub with the kids), and having coffee with my wife, Michelle, by the fire.

Biggest fear:
Settling or not becoming the person God envisioned for me to be.

My definition of happiness:
To be at peace and to be present in the moment.

President

Trevor Brubaker

Professional Background
At the age of 16, Trevor embarked on a part-time role at RGM when RGM’s owner (also Trevor’s cousin) invited him to assist with the company’s paperwork. He excelled in this role while concurrently completing high school. Upon graduating with his diploma, he seamlessly transitioned into a full-time position at RGM. What began as a modest role has evolved into a growth-oriented career, shaped by the opportunities and experiences that unfolded along the way.

Outside of Work
Trevor enjoys family time with his wife and young son, and he has a passion for sports such as softball and ice hockey, as well as hunting various big game animals. Together, he and his family enjoy quality time with friends and exploring new places through their shared love for travel.

My goal for my family is to create an environment of financial freedom, driven by passive income, which will allow us to spend quality time together and create lasting memories.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received, and why did it resonate with you?

Technology is killing us from the inside out” – Dr. John Delony. I’ve always been a relational person and valued the importance of building relationships. Life is too short to be spent in loneliness or worrying about how many social media followers we have, etc.

Little known fact about me:

My family and I lived in Haiti for two years when I was 12 to 14 years old.

Unfulfilled ambition/dream:

A bighorn sheep hunt.

Strengths:

Understanding people.

Recognizing conflict before the individuals involved see it happening.
