CEO and Owner

Ryan Good

Professional Background

Ryan’s upbringing on a farm and his early years spent washing trucks at his dad’s trucking company shaped his strong work ethic. During high school, he worked in the construction industry, further developing his dedication to hard work. Recognizing his potential, his employer blessed him with strategic opportunities to learn and grow. As Ryan’s career progressed, he returned to the trucking industry as a driver for his father’s company. He soon discovered, however, that his passion was in working with people. He was able to honor this calling when he was providentially introduced to the owner of a small trucking company who needed assistance in managing the company before selling it.

In 2012, Ryan and his wife Michelle purchased and reorganized that company into RGM Transport. Despite the journey’s highs and lows, Ryan genuinely enjoys the experience. Currently, he serves as the CEO of RGM Transport, working alongside the team’s leaders to execute the company’s vision. One of his favorite responsibilities is identifying and partnering with new customers who can benefit from RGM’s services.

Outside of Work
Ryan is a family man whose focus is on spending quality time with his wife and their three children. The family enjoys the outdoors, and family outings often include hiking a few miles into the woods and camping out together.
