Flatbed mileage pay with full company-paid health, dental, vision, and PTO. We share the math up front — ask for the breakdown.
Mileage pay you can stack.
Three layers of pay built so the more you do, the more you make. Mileage is the base; accessorials, specialty lanes, and oversize work all stack on top.
- Base rate: $0.60/mile
- Loaded mileage stacks on top, paid by run length:
0–100 miles$70 flat101–200 miles$0.55/mile201–300 miles$0.25/mile301–400 miles$0.15/mile401–500 miles$0.10/mile
Mileage is calculated on exact Samsara miles. Miles outside dispatch parameters or on unapproved routes are not paid.
- Stops 1–2: no entitlement
- Stops 3–6: $25 per stop
- Stops 7+: $50 per stop
- Detention: $25/hour after 2 hours waiting (up to 8 hours, fleet-manager approval)
- Layover: $220 flat for waits over 8 hours
- Hand wash, tarping, reconsignment: $50 flat each
- Breakdown pay: case-by-case basis, paid after 2 hours
- NYC / Long Island: $100/load
- New England (anything east of I-87): $75/load
- Canada: $200/load
- Over-width: $0.10/mile (8'7"–10') up to $0.40/mile (over 13')
- Over-height (over 14'): $0.10/mile
- Over-weight (50,000+ lb): $0.15/mile
- Over-length (permit required): $0.10/mile
- Blade guards: $35 flat
- Jeep: $0.20/mile
- Nitro booster: $0.10/mile
If a load has multiple oversize factors, only the highest-paying incentive applies.
Real mileage from our shop in Bethel, PA. Deadhead miles paid at base; loaded miles paid at base plus the loaded-mileage bonus for that tier.
Plus any stop pay, detention, tarping, or specialty-lane bonuses earned on this run. Per diem and the quarterly safety/fuel bonus are not included in this trip number.
$80 a night, every night you're out.
Tax adjustment, not separate pay — but it puts more of your paycheck in your pocket because you're taxed on a smaller portion of your wages.
- Rate: $80/night away from home or RGM base of operations
- Example: 5 nights out = $400 taxable income reduction for that pay period
- You note your nights on your trip sheet (e.g., "5 nights per diem" in the comments)
- We handle the IRS adjustment on payroll
Important: if you don't write your nights on your trip sheet, the adjustment doesn't get applied — so it's worth the 30 seconds.
Up to $1,800 extra per quarter.
Quarterly bonus paid on top of mileage pay for drivers who hit safe-driving and fuel-efficient targets. Two scoring categories — you earn from each independently.
- 95–100: $1,000
- 90–94: $600
- 85–89: $200
- Below 85: no bonus
- 0–25%: $800
- 26–35%: $600
- 36–45%: $200
- Over 45%: no bonus
- Clean inspection (zero violations): +$200 added to that quarter's bonus
- Inspection with violations: −$200 deducted from that quarter's bonus
- If you don't earn a bonus that quarter and you have a violation, the $200 is deducted from your pay at quarter-end
Bonus eligibility for the quarter is nullified by any of:
- Load claim
- Traffic citation
- Damage to RGM equipment due to negligence
- Conduct showing disregard for safety, procedures, or DOT regulations
Most of our drivers earn at least part of this every quarter. The program rewards the habits that keep you safe and us efficient.
Premium tractors pulling flatbeds, Conestogas, step decks, and RGNs. Maintained the way you’d maintain your own.
Find your home time.
Tap a tier to see which states it covers. RGM doesn't run the same lanes from every state — see where you'd be home and how often.
Drivers based in Pennsylvania or Arizona run our shorter regional lanes and are typically home most weekends.
We hire character, not just CDLs.
Our four core values are how we make every hiring, dispatch, and customer decision. We are looking for drivers who already live them.
Stewardship
We take ownership of the time, equipment, and trust given to us. Trucks, customers, freight, miles — treated like our own.
Communication
Ethical, respectful, open, honest. Hard conversations are still respectful conversations.
Influence
Every interaction leaves people better off. Other drivers, dispatch, customers, the public.
Personal Growth
Continuous improvement. We coach, we invest in tools and training, and we expect you to keep getting better.
We are not the right fit for everybody. Read this before you apply.
If you treat your truck and your time like rentals, we are not the right home for you. Our drivers take ownership of equipment, fuel, miles, and the relationships they build with shippers and dispatch.
If you do not want to use technology, we are not the right home for you. Daily ELD apps, dispatch apps, e-logs, photos at pickup/drop. We will train you, but you have to be willing.
If you are not interested in growing, we are not the right home for you. We coach drivers. We expect drivers to keep getting better. If that sounds like a hassle, we are not it.
If those three sound like you, you are exactly who we are looking for. Pre-qualify above and we will be in touch fast.
if you pass, continue to the application

What drivers ask us before they apply.
Flatbed mileage pay, $75K–$105K+ depending on miles and route. We will walk you through the exact rate per mile, accessorial pay, and detention pay on the recruiter call. Full company-paid health, dental, vision, and PTO.
Premium 389 Peterbilts and W900 Kenworths. Flatbeds, Conestogas, step decks, and RGNs depending on the run. Trucks are well-maintained.
Flatbed drivers are home most weekends. OTR runs are typically 2–3 weeks out, then home time. See the map above to see what your home time would be.
Because every minute we waste vetting a driver who is not a fit is a minute we are not spending with one who is. The questions are designed to filter as fast as possible — for you and for us.
You will be directed to fill out an application. Please fill out the full application. Partial applications will not be reviewed.
Someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates honestly, leaves people better than they found them, and wants to keep getting better. Driving is the minimum; character is the bar.
