What we drive for

We hire character, not just CDLs.

Our four core values are how we make every hiring, dispatch, and customer decision. We are looking for drivers who already live them.

Stewardship

We take ownership of the time, equipment, and trust given to us. Trucks, customers, freight, miles — treated like our own.

Communication

Ethical, respectful, open, honest. Hard conversations are still respectful conversations.

Influence

Every interaction leaves people better off. Other drivers, dispatch, customers, the public.

Personal Growth

Continuous improvement. We coach, we invest in tools and training, and we expect you to keep getting better.

Honest disclaimer

We are not the right fit for everybody. Read this before you apply.

If you treat your truck and your time like rentals, we are not the right home for you. Our drivers take ownership of equipment, fuel, miles, and the relationships they build with shippers and dispatch.

If you do not want to use technology, we are not the right home for you. Daily ELD apps, dispatch apps, e-logs, photos at pickup/drop. We will train you, but you have to be willing.

If you are not interested in growing, we are not the right home for you. We coach drivers. We expect drivers to keep getting better. If that sounds like a hassle, we are not it.

If those three sound like you, you are exactly who we are looking for. Pre-qualify above and we will be in touch fast.

Someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates honestly, leaves people better than they found them, and wants to keep getting better. Driving is the minimum; character is the bar.

Brand Strategist & Marketing Specialist

Kirk Snyder

Professional Background

My professional journey is defined by a unique transition from the field to the office. Having grown up in the landscaping and hardscaping industry before joining custom harvest farming crews in my early twenties, I developed a foundational work ethic rooted in grit and precision. I eventually pivoted into account and project management for a website and content design agency, while simultaneously running a freelance filmmaking business—capturing weddings and creating commercial content to keep my creative edge sharp. Today, I am adventurously growing my role at RGM Transport as a Marketing and Brand Development Specialist, where I merge my boots-on-the-ground experience with high-level strategy. I do my best to be a multi-purpose tool: someone who understands the logistics of a job site as clearly as the nuances of a brand’s digital identity.

Outside of Work

Kirk enjoys quality time with his wife and young daughter, fueled by a passion for both creativity and high-octane adventure. He is an avid golfer who thrives on the balance of relaxation and mental competition, but he also has a serious taste for adrenaline, from skydiving to ziplining. Whether he’s grilling a perfect steak or pursuing photography and filmmaking, Kirk is someone who truly enjoys staying busy and working hard; for him, the “coach potato” lifestyle isn’t an option. He’d much rather be out in the world making things happen.

What is a goal or value you strive for in your personal and professional life?

At the core of everything I do is a commitment to being a loving husband, father, and friend. My primary goal is to build a home that is a safe, supportive sanctuary for my family, where they know they are protected and valued above all else. Beyond my own front door, I am driven to use my life’s experiences to serve others on their journey. Whether I am developing a brand or helping in the field, I strive to work with a relentless work ethic so I can be in a position to help and love anyone as they navigate life . I am working toward a future where my family and those around me are free to experience the beauty of the world and the peace of a stable, supportive community.
